Returns & Refunds Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please do not send any items back to us without contacting us first, as returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item.
If there is an issue with your order, please email help@themushroomlab.co.uk with your order number and photos of the issue so we can evaluate it and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, living products, opened or used grow kits, custom products, sale items, and gift cards.
Due to the nature of mushroom grow kits and related products, we cannot accept returns once an item has been opened, used, contaminated, or stored incorrectly.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, if eligible, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
UK / EU 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped within the UK or European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.
As above, your item must be unused, unopened, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
This does not apply to items that have been opened, used, customised, contaminated, or are not suitable for return due to their perishable or living nature.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.
